How to make a fidget spinner

Fidget spinners are all the rage right now, but you don’t have to buy one! We are going to show you how to make a fidget spinner with just a few supplies.
The best thing about this project is that your kids can customize it to make cool fidget spinners that no one else has!
How to Make a Fidget Spinner
Here’s what you need to make a fidget spinner:
1. A thin cardboard
2. A pen
3. Scissors
4. Sandpaper
5. Hot glue
6. Bearing ×1
7. Bottle cap
8. Small screws ×9
9. Skewer
10. Exacto knife (cutter)
11. Ruler
Step 1: Making the body

The body of the spinner is entirely made from cardboard.

                PROCEDURES

a.  Place the bottle cap on the cardboard sheet and trace out the circle.
b. Trace another circle touching the side of the circle.
c.  Place the cap right next to the second circle touching it and the middle circle and then mark the other side of cap.
d.  place the cap touching the mark and the middle circle then draw out the circle.
e.  Repeat the same process to obtain 3 circles which are equally spaced around a center circle.
f. Curve the sides by placing the cap in between two circles with one of its side touching the center hub. The cap 's circumference should be touching 3 circles making an arc. Trace the arc. Repeat to all sides.
You will discover that your spinner has started to take shape.
G. Place your ball bearing in the middle of the hub and draw a circle.
H.  Now that you have finished designing the spinner 's body and you are satisfied with the design,  make one(1) more of that.
Step 2 : cutting the two templates

Use your Scissors to cut out the body but be careful not to cut through the body. Cut the center hole for your ball bearing using your exacto knife but make sure not to make the hole too big as this will cause glueing the bearing to one side which will lead to imbalance in the spinner while it is spinning.
Step 3

Glue the two templates together  aligning the holes in the middle and let it dry.
  Step 4
Smoothen the edges using a Sandpaper to make it more aerodynamic and fancier offcourse.
  Step 5

Cut the Skewer to 1.5 cm and glue it  to the middle of the bearing leaving equal lengths of the shaft  on both sides of bearing.
Step 6

Fix the bearing in the hole made in the center. It should fit snugly into place. Secure it in place with glue.
Step 7

Punch out 3 holes in each arm of the spinner. Glue the screws into the holes. Since the screws are silver, this will give the optical illusion effects.
Step 8

Cut two circles discs of 2cm and punch a hole in the center. Glue the discs to the top and bottom of the skewer. This will be your covering caps
Step 9 ( optional )
Use your hot glue to cover the sides. This will add some weight so it will have more momentum which will buy you extra spinning time.
Step 10
      Enjoy the fun.
